Job Description:
TXT SOLUTIONS PVT LTD, based in Lahore, is seeking a skilled and experienced Java Software Engineer to join our team. As a Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, fault-tolerant platform services for our enterprise. We are looking for a team player with strong Java development skills, SQL query writing abilities, and experience in JEE technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and detail product requirements
- Design, implement, and launch scalable fault-tolerant platform services
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code
- Write unit tests for Java and JavaScript
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications
- Support continuous improvement by exploring new technologies and presenting them for design reviews
- Work in a fast-paced Agile-based development environment
- Perform defect correction
- Document software components
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of comprehensive JEE development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/9
- Excellent team player
- Strong SQL query writing skills
- Experience with Core Java, Servlets, Spring Framework, Hibernate/JPA, and Web services
- Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud frameworks
- Familiarity with Hibernate and Java 8 APIs
- Proficiency in source code management tools, mainly GIT
- Exposure to Eureka, NO SQL, and RabbitMQ
- Experience in Test Driven Development
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux-based operating systems
- Knowledge of Angular/React is a plus
- Familiarity with Docker is a plus
- Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
- Solid knowledge of writing scalable and performant web software
- Good understanding of both RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of content management platforms is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams
- Willingness to learn and evaluate new technologies
- Strong product, technology, and industry knowledge
Education:
Bachelor's degree (required)
